Leads advanced formulation development across diverse dosage forms, leveraging QbD/DoE and strong CMC expertise to drive projects from concept to clinical readiness. Oversees cross-functional teams, scale-up, and tech transfer while ensuring global regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, ICH) and high-impact R&D performance.
1. leadership experience in formulation development across oral/sterile/complex dosage forms within a pharma R&D environment.
2. Expertise in QbD, DoE, and CMC development, with a proven track record of taking products from concept through scale‑up and clinical readiness.
3. Strong command of pre‑formulation, excipient compatibility, analytical interface, and process development, including troubleshooting and risk‑based decision‑making.
4. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring scientists, and driving high‑performance R&D culture.
5. Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory expectations (FDA, EMA, TGA, ICH) and experience supporting audits, documentation, and tech‑transfer packages.
6. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver on aggressive timelines.
